U6 IN HOUSE PROGRAM

Our U6 program is specially designed for beginner soccer players. For kids aged 4 and 5 in Pre-K and K, soccer is all about having fun and becoming comfortable with the ball at their feet. Our goal is to inspire a love for the game while encouraging creativity and imagination on the field.

EPYSA U6 Player Objectives:

  • Recognition and use of both feet and hands.
  • Recognizing roles and expectations in transition.
  • Developing comfort with the ball through dribbling with different surfaces of each foot.

General Information:

  • Practices start in early August. Games start after Labor Day.
  • All practices and games are held at the WVSA youth fields in Reinerton.
  • Practices are on week nights and usually last 45-60 minutes.
